Public open space is one of the most important parts of Jatiluhur Industrial Smart City (JISC) because it functions to give a certain character to the area and to create an attractive and vibrant environment.

Open Space in JISC is approximately ±16,22% of the total area, spread across each zone.
Open Space offers a chance for public activities such as sport, ecotourism, urban art festivals, etc.
Multifunctional open space
Open Space consists of several typology where each has its own function and urban park and plaza, linear open space, and water body.
Each type of public space has it’s own design guideline depending on characteristic of each public space area. Attractiveness, i.e.
